We will work towards challenging stereotypes, promoting diversity by challenging schools and MATs we work with to be representative of the communities they serve.

Our work will be focused by operating in sustainable ways, helping schools and MATs to be responsible for their actions, along with the supply chains they use.

We will look to create employment opportunities across the communities we serve, embracing the modern era where Artificial Intelligence should be seen as a tool to improve people’s skills. We will also support schools by delivering workshops to young people, to educate them on how social media and other digital platforms can be used in a safe way to enhance their employability skills for the future.

Zack Grimes
Zack is a specialist in Digital Marketing with over 15 years of experience in education, training, housing, and sport, and currently serves as Director of Communications and Development at Laurus Trust in the North West. He has played a pivotal role in driving the trust's growth, overseeing the establishment of new free schools, sixth forms, and the conversion oflocal authority schools.

With 20 years in education, Ryan is a pioneer in school communication. From Pebble to Eduprise and Arro, he's led innovation. His expertise in sales, marketing, and communication has shaped the future of school leadership. He's a trusted advisor for CEOs and COOs, inspiring schools to tell their stories effectively. -
Claire White
Claire specialises in helping MATs and schools with their marketing and communications, creating and scheduling engaging content. When she’s not working, she’s busy chasing after her two energetic boys. -
David Macgill
A Digital Creative with over 20 years industry experience covering design for print, large format printing and filming. -
Ross Hershaw
With over a decade of experience in Digital and Print Advertising, Ross is a skilled UI/UX Designer. He has worked on prominent African brands, demonstrating his ability to create impactful designs across various mediums. -
Kieran Riley
A Software Developer passionate about UI/UX, creating intuitive, user-centered applications across the front end and back end.
The formation of a network for Marketing and Communications professionals within Education was much needed, and I am thrilled to be an active member of this community.
